You can earn and use Advantage points in TAX FREE and many of the Airport’s shops, restaurants and cafés, receive discounts and excellent offers from the Airport and our business partners – and earn points on parking and at CPH Lounge.
No, it’s free – and everybody can be a member, no matter how often you travel and whether you travel for pleasure or business.
You can sign up in several ways:
Click your way to cph.dk/advantage and sign up. During campaigns, you will also be able to scan a QR code on the material displayed in the Airport. Last, but certainly not least, you can sign up via the CPH Airport app.
You can download our CPH Airport app and have your account with membership card and information right on your mobile phone.
CPH Advantage has three membership levels:
The higher the level, the more Advantage points you earn.
1,000 Advantage points equal DKK 15 or EUR 2.
For every DKK 100 worth of purchases, you earn the following Advantage points:
Basic member 100 points
Plus member 150 points
Premium member 200 points
You earn points when shopping in the many shops, restaurants and cafés in the Airport, as well as in the TAX FREE shops ind the airport and at TAXFREE & SHOPS. You will also earn points when buying parking and access to CPH Lounge.
The points can be used on purchases in many of the Airport’s shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as on TAX FREE purchases in the Airport and at TAXFREE & SHOPS. We’re always expanding CPH Advantage to make the programme even more attractive for you as a member. Your membership number is printed on your CPH Advantage card and in the Advantage member emails you’ll receive from us. So you can either show your digital membership card when purchasing, your member emails – or you can enter your membership number when shopping online. Your membership number is written as Member no: CPH xxx xxx xxx
The QR code acts as your membership card. So you can choose to just show the email with your personal QR code when you want to earn and use Advantage points.
Your Advantage points will be credited to your personal account when the purchase has been authorised and you can no longer get a refund. This means that if you’ve booked parking and lounge, for example, the purchase will be authorised at 11 PM on the day prior to arriving at the Airport. The points will then be credited to your account.
When buying from TAX FREE, the purchase will be authorised when you pick up the items – and the points credited to your account the following day. As soon as your points have been credited, you can use them on new purchases at the Airport. If you’re unsure whether or not you’ve received your Advantage points, you can always check on your personal profile/account at cph.dk/advantage or through the CPH Airport app.

No, your membership card is personal. Letting friends or family use your card is not allowed.
You can get a digital membership card on your mobile phone at any time. Then you’ll always have it on hand. Visit cph.dk/card or download the CPH Airport app.
Choose the CPH HOTSPOT network on your laptop or mobile phone. Open your browser and you’ll be presented with the CPH ADVANTAGE webpage. Select SIGN UP and sign up for CPH Advantage with your name, address and so on. When you’ve signed up for CPH Advantage, you’ll automatically receive an email. Open the email and activate your CPH Advantage membership within 15 minutes.
You’ll earn points when you book parking at cph.dk/parkering and enter your membership number.
No, for the time being, you only earn Advantage points when booking parking. You can’t use your points to purchase parking.
Your credit card acts both as payment and your access ticket. The card will be “recognised” when you drive into the car park where you booked a parking space. Because of this, it’s important that you use the same card for booking and when driving into the car park. If you lose the credit card, we can find your booking information via your name and address.
No, booking a specific space at a specific car park isn’t possible. When you arrive, any vacant space at the car park can be used. CPH Parking guarantees that there will be a vacant spot when you arrive.
When you sign up for CPH Advantage, it takes 24 hours before your registration is active. Because of this, you’ll get an error message if you try to book parking right away. Just accept this error message and continue with the booking process. Your points will still be automatically credited to your personal profile/account.
When booking your parking online at cph.dk/parkering, you can click on Extra Services and select the service you want.
CPH Lounge is open to everybody – regardless of airline, frequent flyer programme or credit card type. You can visit the lounge any day of the week, all year round between 5:30 AM and 8 PM.
The entry fee is DKK 169 and includes free WiFi, hot and cold drinks, wine and spirits, fresh fruit, snacks, light meals, international newspapers and magazines, computers for general use, as well as charging and printing options.
No, for the time being, you only earn Advantage points when booking the lounge. You cannot use your points to buy access to the lounge
Then the points you earned will be deducted from your account. If you already used the points, the value of these points will be deducted from the refund. If you used points to pay for an item and you return it, these points will be credited to your account again.
Your Advantage points are valid for three years. You will, however, be able to get the value of your points paid out up to one year after this period. There is a handling charge of DKK 100 associated with this.

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer service in writing. All your personal information will then be deleted.
