Extra Points are earned in connection with campaigns and are calculated on the basis of the price for the entire purchase.

Bonus Points earned when purchasing products from the Shops will be deposited in the Member's CPH Advantage account within 24 hours after the purchase. Bonus Points earned when purchasing CPH Parking and access to the CPH Lounge are deposited in the Member's CPH Advantage account within 24 hours after the day of use, ie the day when the Member uses the service ordered. If a Member exercises his or her right of cancellation after making the purchase, the earned or used Bonus Points will be cancelled.
3.1.2 Membership level, Basis Points and Membership Year
CPH Advantage has 3 different membership levels; CPH Advantage Basic, Plus and Premium. Membership levels depend on the Member's accumulated purchases during the Membership Year.
The earning of Basis Points depends on the Member's membership level at the time of making the purchase.
The calculation is made on the basis of the following criteria:
CPH Advantage Status Bonus Points on purchases of DKK 1,000
CPH Advantage Basic: 1,000 points
CPH Advantage Plus: 1,500 points
CPH Advantage Premium: 2,000 points
In case of purchases between DKK 0 - 1,999 during a Membership Year the Member becomes a CPH Advantage Basic Member.
In case of purchases exceeding DKK 2,000 but less than DKK 10,000 during a Membership Year, the Member becomes a CPH Advantage Plus Member.
In case of purchases exceeding DKK 10,000 during a Membership Year, the Member becomes a CPH Advantage Premium Member.
The Member will advance to a higher membership level when the Member's total purchases during the Membership Year exceed the specified threshold amounts.
The Member's membership status is carried forward to the next Membership Year. The Member's status is calculated at the end of each Membership Year on the basis of the purchase(s) made in the preceding Membership Year.
The value of each Bonus Point is DKK 0.015. The Member will receive Basis Points equal to the following:
CPH Advantage Basic: 1.5% of the purchase
CPH Advantage Plus: 2.25% of the purchase
CPH Advantage Premium: 3% of the purchase
3.1.3 Special welcome
As a special welcome it is possible for a new Member to advance to a higher membership level quicker in the month of registration and during the subsequent 2 months. If the Member's total purchase(s) in the month of registration and/or during the subsequent 2 months amount(s) to minimum DKK 500, the Member will advance to CPH Advantage Plus. If the Member's purchase(s) in the same period exceed(s) DKK 2,500, the Member advances to CPH Advantage Premium. The thus acquired membership level is kept for the first and second Membership Years irrespective of any purchases in the rest of the first and second Membership Years. At the beginning of the third Membership Year the membership level will depend on the second Membership Year.
3.1.4 Extra Points
CPH may offer special opportunities to earn Bonus Points on registration or at any other time during the Membership Year. This type of Bonus Point is called an Extra Point. But CPH is not under any obligation to offer such opportunities. More information can be found on the Membership Site. Extra Points are not included in the calculation of the membership level.
3.2 Bonus Bank
The Member can see the Bonus Points accumulated in the Member's personal account at any time. The Member is also able to see the historical data for the accumulation and use of Bonus Points.
3.3 Use of earned Bonus Point
Any Bonus Points earned may be used to purchase products in the Shops by registration of the Membership Card, including by reservation on CPH eCommerce and apps.
When earned Bonus Points are used, the Member's account with the Bonus Bank will be reduced by the number of points that is the equivalent of the price for the purchase, if the full price for the purchase is paid by using Bonus Points. If only a part of the price for the purchase is paid for by Bonus Points, the Member's account in the Bonus Bank will be reduced with the number of points equal to the part of the price paid with Bonus Points, and the remaining part of the price for the purchase is paid by other means, for example by payment card or in cash.
If the Member wishes to use his or her Bonus Points, such wish must be indicated when ordering products on CPH eCommerce, in app or when paying at the cash register in the Shops in Copenhagen Airport by registration of the Membership Card.
Some products cannot be paid for by Bonus Points, thereby resulting in payment only being possible by ordinary methods of payment.
If the Shops offer several bonus, discount or loyalty concepts, the Shops may refuse any combination by the Member of such concepts. The Shops may also determine that only CPH Advantage or one of the other concepts can be used to earn Bonus Points/discount on a purchase and/or payment by earned Bonus Points etc.
If some products cannot be delivered, and the price for the purchase is less than the value of the Bonus Points used, any Bonus Points used will be reduced accordingly.
If the Member does not collect the pre-ordered products, the order will be cancelled and any Bonus Points used will be returned to the Member's bonus account.
3.4 Expiry of Bonus Points
Any Bonus Points earned will expire 3 years from the time of earning. When using Bonus Points, the Bonus Points first earned will automatically be used before any Bonus Points subsequently earned.
The Member's right to use Bonus Points ceases to exist and is forfeited in case of any termination of the membership of CPH Advantage, regardless of the reason for the termination.

The first time the Member makes a purchase though CPH eCommerce, the Member shall create a 4-digit code to be used for in the CPH EasyPay, which is personal to the Member (the "Code").
The Code may not be identical to the PIN-code of the credit card, and CPH recommends that the Member does not create a Code that contains identical or continuous figures. Furthermore, the Member should not create a Code that is identical to the code that is used to unlock the Member's telephone.
Later on, when the Member makes a purchase through CPH eCommerce, the Member will not have to enter the credit card details again. The Member does only have to enter the Code to complete the purchase.
It is possible for the Member to change the Code via "my account" on CPH Advantage's website. It is also possible for the Member to delete or change the saved credit card details in CPH EasyPay via "my account". It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that the saved credit card details in CPH EasyPay is accurate and updated.
If the Member enters a wrong Code 3 times in succession, all saved credit card details in the Members CPH EasyPay will be deleted.

Furthermore, the Member accepts to pay relevant fees for the execution of the payment, which is charged by the Shops.
It is the general terms for the cardholder of the credit card, including rules regarding liability, which the Members has entered into with the card issuer, that apply when the Member uses a credit card through CPH EasyPay. The payment will be executed as a normal credit card payment where the payer itself enters its credit card information.

Reference is made to the terms and conditions in this regard of the individual shops.
